I've seen sunsets in northern New Mexico that radiated brilliant color covering the entire dome of the sky, just like this Southwestern landscape. I can understand why Georgia O'Keeffe loved the landscape and Pedernal Mountain so. The original watercolor is in a private collection and appears on the title page of my book, Exploring Color. The image frames beautifully in a 16" x 20" standard frame and makes a wonderful, affordable gift. This is a practical size for smaller wall spaces. The print is an unnumbered four-color process lithograph, but only 225 will ever be printed. The image is printed on 11" x 14" rag paper.
